1、 Demand analysis
As a channel to transport electric energy, outdoor overhead transmission lines have been operating at high loads. Because the external environment of the lines is complex and changeable, they are also the direct victims of natural environmental impact and man-made damage. There are often potential power supply safety hazards such as disconnection and tower tilt. Under the proposal of the construction of "safe smart grid", it is essential to strengthen the whole process supervision of environmental hazards in transmission channels. The power distribution line image monitoring device launched by our company is a system designed mainly for the monitoring of transmission lines against external broken tower foundations, severe ice disaster weather, tower cranes at the construction site, and vehicles crossing overhead lines.
2、 Working principle
The visual image monitoring device of the transmission line channel uses the 4G/CDMA/GPRS technology of the operator to regularly take high-definition images and alarm pictures of the monitoring station and upload them to the monitoring center and the relevant personnel's mobile WeChat. The monitoring center can capture the images of the front station as required, and know the monitoring site conditions at any time through the returned pictures; It can also enable the visual image monitoring device of transmission line channel to send pictures to the monitoring center at a certain time every day, so as to realize the image monitoring of front-end transmission line against external damage.
The equipment is equipped with front view camera, rear view camera and bottom view camera as standard, which can monitor the line channel and distribution transformer station area at the same time. The device can automatically monitor and identify hidden dangers and give early warning in time by collecting images/videos, transformer input and output temperature and other data, so as to realize the visual online monitoring function in the distribution transformer substation area. The time linkage operation and maintenance personnel can ensure effective control of hidden dangers in a short time until they are eliminated.
