1、 Demand analysis
During the operation of the transmission line in the outdoor environment, its insulators are vulnerable to the impact of atmospheric environment such as S02, nitrogen oxides and particulate dust, thus accumulating pollutants on its surface. Under certain humidity conditions (such as fog, dewing or drizzle), when pollutants are dissolved in water to form an electrolyte covering film, or when conductive chemical gases surround the insulator, the insulation performance of the insulator will be greatly reduced, resulting in greatly increased leakage current on the insulator surface, power interruption caused by insulator flashover, and a great impact on the safe and stable operation of the power grid, Anti pollution flashover is an urgent task to maintain the normal operation of power grid. The transmission line insulator pollution online monitoring device developed by our company can completely solve this problem. The equipment can detect the pollution condition of the external insulation surface of the insulator and accurately predict the pollution flashover problem.
2、 Working principle
The online monitoring device for insulator pollution of transmission line is mainly composed of data monitoring terminal and data monitoring center. The data monitoring terminal is installed near the transmission line pole (tower) or substation insulator to complete the real-time monitoring of on-site pollutants (salt dense, ash dense), temperature and humidity. The monitoring data is sent to the monitoring center by SMS through GSM wireless network. The data monitoring center completes the conversion and processing of monitoring data.
In case of abnormal data, the system will send out alarm information in various ways to prompt relevant personnel to take corresponding measures.
